The Green Cornwall Wedding Photos
So excited to share Sarah and Paul’s wedding photography at The Green Cornwall. This was one of those weddings where we just felt like old friends. Prior to photographing Sarah and Paul’s wedding at The Green, we have already seen them at two other weddings. Laura (Sarah’s sister) and Scott’s wedding a couple of years back at Boringdon Hall, and then Tamar and Neil’s (Paul’s brother) wedding at Polhawn Fort earlier in the year. Needless to say, this made our job even more enjoyable, and spending the day with the whole family again was simply awesome, as these guys are just the best, and make us feel so welcome every time we see them :) We can’t thank you enough!! :)
We always say to couples not to worry about the weather, as it’s people that make the photos, and also umbrellas make for lovely shots. Well, it rained on Sarah and Paul’s wedding day – it was probably one of the wettest weekends in October. This didn’t matter of course, as these guys were just too busy having fun, and looking forward to celebrating with their nearest and dearest. I think you’ll see from the photos how much love and happiness they were surrounded by – it was simply infectious. The skies did clear in the early evening, so we quickly went out for five minutes and took the opportunity to take some sunset photos.
The speeches were emotional and hilarious!! We love this part of the wedding day – Neda and I were in stitches when one of Paul’s friends stood up and did an impromptu speech on cutting of the cake. We have not laughed this much for a very long time :)
After a casino entertainment for the guests, the first dance and evening party followed. I can safely say this was one of the most unique first dances we’ve witnessed – Paul even surprised Sarah with his dance moves :)
It was an absolute joy being a wedding photographer at The Green – such a brilliant wedding a to be a part of. Here is a selection from Sarah & Paul’s wedding photography at The Green Cornwall – hope you enjoy looking through them.
