Headland Hotel Wedding Photos
Lou and Tom’s wedding took place on a very windy, but sunny day in November at the Headland Hotel. The Headland Hotel is a famous landmark in Newquay, with the most incredible views over Fistral beach. We are all too familiar with it, as we only happen to live down the road from it :)
When we received this email from Lou earlier last year, we knew we wanted to photograph her wedding: “I have just had a look at your website and love your creative style of photography. It definitely has an edge compared to other wedding photographers. We are getting married in Newquay in November this year and would love it if you were free to do our photography on this date.”
Their wedding was a true family affair, as Lou and Tom have two adorable children. It was very intimate, personal, and just down to earth.
Lou is an awesome graphic designer, so all the decorations were made by herself and fellow graphic designers. Loved the rainbow theme, which continued with the paper confetti. These guys embraced the wind and came outside for a few shots on the cliffs overlooking Fistral beach. After, the speeches followed, which were incredibly funny and emotional as you’ll see from the photos.
Being a wedding photographer at The Headland Hotel Newquay was a total blast. So without further ado, here is just a small sample of photos from the day, showcasing some of our favourite memories from Lou and Tom’s wedding.
